coral spawn?

Reefing newb
I have some hammer corals, i bought two tulips and now i can see 6 of them

I've noticed yesterday and today something like jelly wires coming up from them.
is this spawning?

The wires appear to be their stinging tentacles. Hammers, frogspawns and torches have long, skinny stinging tentacles. If it was spawning, it would look like a cloud being ejected from the coral.
 
hi, no i don't think there are. all of them are separating an floating in the tank. They appears to be as a jelly transprent mucus. Could be because they are building up their new solid polyps?
Yes there are some long tentales but these are way different, not sure if my pic is clear enaugh
 
I would have to think that it is just a mucus or something then. If they were spawning, it would look like a cloud in your tank.
 
yes this is the right word; mucus. Each day i can see other small tentacles growing. The polyps are really growing good.
I've read on the net that they are verry agressive growing corals.
They do not like flow and usually must be hidden after something protective. Sooner they get current flow their heads are braking down.
 
I dont believe it`s spawning either. Hammers have little buds grow off the main skeleton. You can cut them off and they usually grow in the sand.
