Will adding Coralific Delite add to my bioload???

I target feed some of my corals with Coralific delite will this add to my bioload?
I would assume so but just did not know for sure.
Feed back would be awesome.
I feed 2 twice a week my corals and i feed my 1 fish a clown every other day mysis shrimp and I target
feed him as well.
I have a 29 biocube I run filter floss carbon and chempure elite and have LR and do a 5gal WC a week

any uneaten food will add to the bioload, whether its meant to feed coral or fish.
