What is this on my rocks?

Are these little growths anything to worry about on my rocks? I'm not sure what it is.

Which stuff? The red stuff looks to be coralline algae.

The reddish little nubs on the rocks.

Yeah, there are lots of different kinds of coralline algae. Thats just a branching type instead of the commonly know plating kind.
