What is this nocturnal hitchhiker?

Today I got a stool and was really looking at my tank and I found this guy!

It is about one inch long and only comes out at night. During the day lighting it is all closed up and I would have never noticed it! Do any of you guys know what it is.... and is it good or bad?

It's ball anemone. I have several in my tank. They're not bad. No worries. :D

+1 Erin -- ball anemone. Yours is pretty! Usually the little balls are white, it's nice to get the colorful ones. If you feed it, it will grow. :)

Interesting. No need to feed them, they will grow and reproduce like mad by themselves. I have tons of them, my CopperBand loves eatin them too.

I have bunch of these in my tank...mine are pink, and grew and multiplied so fast without me even feeding them.
