I have been building, and building, and researching for a few months now, (with a few setbacks) and this is my results. Look closley and tell me if you see anything I need to do or reengineer befor I fill this thing up.

Yes, that is the middle section of the sump. Thanks!! I have a lot of time in the stand and hood. Have more to do to the hood, 4 X 54W T5's. Just got my ballast in today!

Any light in the fuge will work. You can even go with one of those round silver shop lights. Just put the lights on a reverse cycle from your DT lights.

BTW, everything looks good. Good drilling for the overflows.
Please give us the details of the PVC you have up top.
I can see one is the overflow output and the other side is the return.
What is the long PVC across the front of the tank? For multiple outlets?

The only thing I can see,is dont look like you'll have enough room under that shelf to get a light over your fuge.
Other than that,it looks great.
 
The long PVC pipe is the spray bar with 6 holes drilled in it. The first pic. shows everything is hiden except the overflow box. The bulkhead sits lower than the trim so the box also had to.

I think there will be plenty of room for a fluorescent light strip.
