what could happend if my water to much salt....

Do you have a refractometer to check your actual salt levels? It would help us give you better insight. I don't think short term it would hurt anything if it was a gradual change to high salinity, but it should be around 1.022-026 (mine is at around 1.025).

its at 1.029...how can i lower it..only by adding fress water..Wend my light get water on them...all its left is the salt on the lights

You can lower it by adding fresh water but, make sure that you do it SLOWLY, changing the salinity too quickly can kill your inverts

That salinity isn't dangerously high. Just gradually lower it back to normal by removing a little saltwater and replacing it with freshwater.

+1 Biff

Just remove an extra gallon of water everyday when you go to top the tank off.The top it back off with all fresh.
