12 Gallon Nano Reef 4T5 32 watt w/full Refugium

this is the nano im getting to replace my current one, i was wondering if i can keep:

soft corals
a clam

I would think you should beable to keep anything you want.

umm you can keep a pair clowns and maybe one or two more small fish.

No tangs for sure.

Any soft coral for sure. Alot of people say calms should only be under metal halides, but mine is fine under vho.

I'm not sure about a clam, maybe if it was high up, have you looked at the nanos with Metal Halide?

Soft corals yes,clams no.Less than 3 watts per gallon will not be enough for clams.Perhaps,a T.derasa which only needs moderate light.IMO,still not enough for even those clams.

what if i get a 12 gall aquapod with 54 watts, can i keep clams then?

Keep them half way up.Start them on the sand and let it attach to a rock rubble then move them up in a week.Your system really needs to be about 3 months and stable before adding one.
