type of coral?

Can anyone tell me what kind of coral this is? Also, coming out of the same group of "branches" some of the polyps are phosphorescent with green centers and some are not and have dark orange centers. Anyone know why?

Thanks very much. There were four small 1"-2" fragments in a store tank and they weren't really for sale, so rather than see them get discarded, I offered them $10 for them. Have had them in my new 20g tank now for two months and they seem to be doing very well, along with a bubble tip anemone, even with my nitrate problems.
