Trick to feeding LPS mysis?

How do you all do it? I have tried to put my turkey baster down in the tank and release right next to it but the mysis just flies upward from the koralia stream. Should I turn my flow off? Is there a different thing to use other than a turkey baster?

Alto, you remind me of somebody(Biff you know).

Yes,turn off all the pumps.I use a Kent sea squirt, never have to get my hands wet.

Either use tweezers or tongs to place the food directly on the mouth of the coral, or turn off the powerheads so they can grab it themselves.

I have a torch, candy canes, hammer coral, ricordia, and duncan.

I feed my torch, candy cane and duncans twice a week.I don't feed the hammer and I don't have any rics. The only coral that absolutely needs to be fed is the duncans.Torches to me are more difficult than frogspawns and hammers so I make sure it gets a meal.

yeah my torch has severely declined from a crazy huge torch to it barely coming out from the stalk. I have tried different water flows and everything.

I honestly do not believe a torch will live long term without some kind of feeding. This is the best I've done with a torch so far-over two years now.I've been feeding it a mixture of freeze dried cyclopeeze, reef roids and small mysis....it has been doing great!Going from two heads to about 10.
