Things in my refugium...

OK, my refugium, which contains nothing more than sand and a few Shaving Brush plants, suddenly has some new residents. So one pic has what looks to be a baby snail, and the other has what looks like a pod on the left, and I don't know what on the right...almost looks shrimp-like...so confirmation or opinion on this would be greatly appreciated...

First is a spirorbid worm (tiny little feather duster).

Second looks like a mysid shrimp to me.
