test kit recomendations

who can recomend a good test kit?
i recently bought api and am doubtfull about the results. with api my ph test low my dkh is high my calciums high and nitrates are really high even after numerous water changes.

Which API kit are you using. I have the saltwater master test kit and have been happy with it. I double check my readings when I go to my lfs he uses......... Shoot a different kit and I cant remember the name just that it cost 150 bucks and is in a blue plastic container.

thats what i bought the master test kit along with the individual calcium and alk.tests

I really only trust the API kit for the ammonia (which will often read a slight positive when there is no ammonia present) and for nitrates. For other tests I prefer salfert
