Cycled sand a week ago...rock from Dr. Foster and Smith yesterday...scrubbed it down and put in..sand already cycled from 20 gal. today... how soon can I put cleaner crew in there?

Check your parameters. If your nitrites and ammonia are at zero, you can add a clean up crew. Do they have stuff to eat in your tank? If not, you may have to feed them here or there.
