I got some new LR today and when i was rearrangeing i think i set a rock on top of my frag by accident and its been 2 hours and it still hasnt come back out. Whats the deal did i really F it up?

What kind of coral? It will probably be just fine. It's just pissed off right now.

Its a starburst. Looks like grass kinda. Usually if i piss it off a little it comes back out when im done messing with the tank. Its been nearly 3 hours and only like one strand is out.

Star polyps are super sensitive. They're like oscar the grouch.

Green star polyps? They are very sensitive, but very tough. It should come back without a problem.
