Just did my tests:

Salinity 1.022
Amm 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrates 0
Calcium 360
KH 10 179ppm
Phos 0
temp 83
Do I need to do a water change?
All I have in Tank is:
3 Scarlet Hermits
3 Trochus Snails
2 Pepp shrimp

Since Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate are all 0 then no, but changes are usually every 2 weeks 10-15% and 20-25% every month, what do you have your heater set at/ what lights

get your tank around 76-78 but do it a couple degrees a day or something or your inverts will probably die
 
so what kind are they and how many watts

well lower your heater a tiny bit and then check to see if your temp is down in the morning

No more than you have in there,I wouldnt worry about a water change right now.
You may want to go a head and a small fish or 2 to keep the bacteria going.
Even though your temp is borderline,IMO,You dont want to make any drastic changes to your heater.Just turn it down a notch or 2 every day untill the temp is around 77 to 78 degrees.
 
you're calcium looks a little low also. even though you don't have corals, snails and such will need it to grow their shells. try to keep it between 380-450.
