Sell it and get a skimmer??

Ok, so i have a Fluval 304 Canister, that is new and i have never used it, now i have searched the web, and these things retail at about 200 bucks i believe.
So the question is. should i sell it and get a BH-100 Octopus Skimmer, or keep it??? Its either or, not both!! :D

I've been sold on the algae scrubber,,just got done with it.....look into one of those instead....very easy and cheap to do:D
