round white ball things ?what is it

    These round white balls stated appearing on my live rock and d look like they have little green circles in the inside the outer white is kinda transparent, can someone tell me what this is?

    So are these OK? Or bad? I have not added anything to my tank in about 2 years and they just started popping up that I noticed about 2 months ago, what kind of spunge is it?

    They're harmless. I believe they indicate excess nutrients in your water.
