Rods Food

I have a brittle starfish a bunch of snails and hermit crabs

Do I need to start feeding rods food?

If so what do I do since it is frozen

What's rods food? You can feed your starfish chunks of meat every week or so (like scallops, squid, shrimp, silversides, etc.). Your snails and hermit crabs should be fine scavenging whatever's leftover from when you feed your fish and algae.

heres a link to it. It seems pretty expensive just to feed a brittle star but the ingrediants look awesome.

Look at the list of foods I wrote above. You can get scallops, squid and shrimp from the grocery store. It'll eat those.

That looks like some awesome fish food.I'm gonna have to try some.It looks like it would make great coral food.

yea that's what my LFS guy sold to me
I'm not sure how to give it to them though

should I thaw it out first
or just put a frozen junk in?

I thaw mine in a cup.Then after I give my fish a pinch or 2 I refrigerate it untill the next feeding.That way I dont waste any by freezing and thawing every few days.

Yeah thaw it in some tank water before feeding it.
