how do I know or how often should I replace my filters I have a 6 stage tankless RO/DI system and were is a good place to get them

every 6 months if used very heavily, every 12 months if not used as much. membrane should be replaced every 3 to 4 years. a good place to get them at is bulkreefsupply.com

Also, eventually, you can get a tds meter. It will tell you the quality of the water that's being put out.

How high do your TDS readings get before you replace them.

The TDS meter? Or the membranes? The membranes, I assume. It depends on your preference. Some people (like me) think that anything below 20 is doable. Other people wouldn't let their TDS get above 5.

That's actually good to know, Biff. Mine's starting to occassionally go to 1, and I always wondered what number is too high.

Oh my tap water is so bad, even with a 5-stage RODI unit, my water doesn't even come out at one!!
