Low to medium light, low to medium flow. They aren't picky.

They can go under most light, but preffer low to medium. On flow I don't give mine any direct flow just a low to medium.

I have to keep mine under ledges to protect them from the strength of the T-5 lighting. doing that helps them to open up more.
