They have super cheap RO units there. I got my 6-stage for I think $77 and I believe there are 4 and 5 stages that are even cheaper.
Installing them seems a lot more dangerous and difficult than it actualy is at first. It's really just a matter of turning off your water main, puncturing your copper piping, and making sure it's completely sealed once you have the unit installed. When I first got mine and it had this like 8 page installation manual I was just like "no way" but once I did it, it wasn't that scary at all.
