PVC Plumbing ?

I am currently setting up a 70 gallon tank with built in overflow. My question is what size PVC tubing to use, I have a 1" bulkhead in the bottom of the tank. For my return I have a Danner Mag 9.5 with 3/4" return fitting. Any input as to which size or sizes I should use for my plumbing to the sump from the DT and what size tubing to use for my return would be greatly appreciated.

I use 3/4 for my return and it works just fine. I would probably go from that 1" bulkhead to maybe 1.5" if you can find the fitting. The less pressure on your pipes in the return the better unless you have a double overflow setup but from the sound of it, you just have 1 pipe to your sump.
