Puffer fish question

I was wondering if puffer fish would be happy with invertebrates like a snail and a starfish/sea star. Thanks!

What kind of puffer?

And no. They eat inverts... so the puffer would be happy, but your snails and crabs and such would not be.

I was kind of planning to get a Saddle Valentini puffer

They'll munch almost any invert, and coral as well

My wife really wanted one, and I thought to myself that in a 180, how bad could a few dead hermits / snails be? In 24 hours, he literally went through 100+ snails/ hermits, a clam, and irritated the hell out of some corals
