Protein skimmer

Hello all!
I have a 36 gallon bow front that has been up and running for 2 weeks. Do I need a protein skimmer? If so, it has to be one that hangs on the tank. Any suggestions?

Technically, nobody "needs" a protein skimmer, we all just find it a useful thing to have, it keeps a tank much cleaner.
But the same effect can be aquired by doing weekly water changes, but not many people can keep up with that.
If you want one, I would suggest looking into a Hydor Slim Skim or a HOB Reef octopus skimmer.
