protein skimmer opinion

Thank you all for helping me. I am going to go with a Reef Octopus HOB skimmer. It will be on a 55 gal. I cannot decide what model the hb100 or the hb100ss. What model would you use with 55 lbs of rock a few softies and probably 4-5 small fish with sand?:sfish:

I personally would go with the bh100ss never hurts to have some surface skimming added in.. just remember when you first turn it on it is going to take some time to settle in so if you can add it early on would be very benneficial to you ..
