Proper Flow

I think this may be a loaded question but I was wondering what is the best way to setup pumps for flow? Yes I'm sure it has to do witht he size of the tank excetera.

I'm running 2 Koralias currently facing from the back of the tank to the front of the tanks on a rectangular 75 gallon. What I'm wondering is both pumps fire on an unobstructed path to the front of thank near the level of the gravel. Should these pumps be setup to hit the rock? Also should one be setup near the back of the tank for extra water flow there?

I'm at work so I cant do pictures right now.

That's gonna depend on a lot of different factors, but mainly how the rock work is arranged and how much rock you have in there.
Ideally, you want to adjust the water flow to minimize any dead spots. So play around with your powerheads until you get the flow where it works for you.
