Pest?

I'm getting tiny little green rectangular scales appearing on my glass and some of my rocks. No I don't have pictures because my camera sux. I googled flat worms and they don't look like that, does anyone have suggestions that I can google to see if that's what I've got?

I noticed them a few days ago and I got a net and scraped them off. They seem to be coming from the front left corner of my tank. Yesterday, I scraped off some more and today, I noticed these same rectangular patches on some of my rock near that spot. They do move and they are definitely a parasite of some sort. Couldn't find any pictures of flat worms that looked like what I've got.
