pale fish????

i came home from work and looked in the tank and my 2 clownfish look pale. i thought they mite have been digging or somthing. is it sick

Are they acting normal?
Sometimes fish will loose a little color.Some fish even change color at night.
But its hard to say about the clowns,without more info.

ya they were acting fine, i woke up this morining and they were fine

Could be an oxygen problem or temp got out of whack could be a lot of things. Stress will cause fishes to lose color.

I hadve a clown that was chased around by the other clown for a month or two. He was pale. Put him in the QT and now he regained his color and gaining some weight back and doing great.

Sometimes clowns will get pale when the lights are out.If they don't get their color back after the lights have been on then change there diet.

What are you feeding?

My tomato clowns turn whitish at night. It's normal for clowns, I think. I've had one of the clowns for 2 1/2 years, and the other one for about 6 months, and they are totally healthy.

no seriously though. I wouldn't worry about it. sounds fine
