Well there are so many options out there, but this is what I feed:

Mysis + Spiro alternating with Marine Pellets (For vitamins etc), prepared with garlic occasionally

For corals: The main food I use is Maine Snow, I also use Rods/ Reef Chili on and off.

The plankton is fine you just don't need to use so much
