I'm building a pvc overflow for my sump right now. I should have it up and running in a couple days after I finish leak testing my baffle and tubing. I'll let you know how it works out. Mine is going to have an algae scrubber at the end of the overflow into the sump so the flow might be a little less than if it just dumped straight into the sump.
