Hi folks, I'm looking for advice. I'm setting up a 90 gal,1/2 round acrylic after being away from marine fish for 5 years (it's currently dry). I learned a few things from the first 2 setups, and would like to get off to a good start.
My gear includes:
24" deep, 24" radius half round acrylic tank
Reeflo Snapper 2400 gph (1900 @ 4 ft0
Berlin triple pass 25-250 protein skimmer
Im considering the Rapid LED onyx LED light (2)
I'd like to install an overflow weir, and drill the tank out the bottom. Any ideas with design?
I'd also like to use the return pump to accomplish alot of the turbulent flow inside the tank. Any ideas on how to route the return / drill the back side of the tank? I dont want to siphon all the water out an overflow the sump.
