New bulbs

So we had both our MH bulbs burn out within days of each other. One we were able to replace right away from the LFS, but we couldn't find a second one locally, so I ordered online. So long story short, I was using one MH bulb and the T5's for 7-10 days.
Now that I've got the other bulb, do I need to re-acclimate everything to the light again? And what is a good time to start with? Four hours? Six hours?

I would run it half the time for 3-4 days and then increase it an hour each couple of days until you reach your usual run time. I'm no lighting expert though. ;)

Thanks. They've been on for about four hours now. I was going to turn them off in about an hour just to be on the safe side.
