Reefing newb
Hello Guys & Gals!
I've owned a 24G Aquapod for about a year.In the tank was a large LR about 20+lbs covered with these beautiful multi-color mushrooms, a pair of matted gold maroon clowns hosting a GBTA, and a few softies, zoos mostly. During that time I already had a 75G AGA RR Tank as my main tank.
Here before the MOD
After a few weeks I had taken off the hood, because the temp was above 80 degree even when it was not a hot day. So, I decided to purchase a 20" Current Sunpod 150MH HQI for a nicer look, better lighting and able to house nicer corals. At least that was my idea...LOL
Anyway, about 6 months ago I was reading about a few people on various site forums, moding there nano tanks, I decided I want to do a few mods of my own. Since I wanted to put some highend LPS and SPS in the tank, that meant I would have to get rid of the standard hood that came with the aquapod.
For now I will post pictures of the items just purchase for this setup.
