I just bought mini protein skimmer 115 and set up as per instruction in my reef tank . I found the water filled up within 10 min in the collection cup . I already adjust the flow control knob and height but doesn't work . I read some of the article post about this problem but i still didn't understand . Pls help me ...

Skimmers usually take a week or two to start working after you first hook them up. What you are seeing is not unusual. Just give it some time to break in.
