Aug 7, 2010 #2 BL1 ............. You should be ok, it's just a live shrimp. Put them in, and all your fish will eat them eventually not just the mandarin.

Aug 7, 2010 #6 BL1 ............. if you get a 5 gallon bucket and an sponge filter you can keep them alive in there as long as you feed them.
