little shrimps..running around....

i was looking at my sump tank..and i saw a little shrimp...its clear with black strips...but its missing some legs.:kruecken:..what do i do.... do i put in the tank or what...and i turn to look at the rock of my tank and there alot of small shrimp running around..:helm2:.is that good or not.. i do have alot of thing running around the tank.like little ants.:spider:.and some bigger ones....i have alot of small brittle star fish in the rocks...and i think some realy small feather dusters...with the feather dusters get bigger...???????????????:question:i dont have any fish right now only cleaning crew..i have ich on my tank...:grumble::sniffles:

Pods!!! Copepods and Amphipods. They are a good thing. Says you have a healthy aquarium.
