Lighting Cycle

I was wondering what some of you are doing for your light cycle. I've heard all kinds of things on how long certain lights should be on. I currently have an Outer Orbit HQI/T5 with 2x250watt HQI, 2 54 watt Actinic 460nm, 2 x 54 watt Actinic 420nm and 18 LED Lunar light (9 white and 9 Blue). What suggestions do you all have for my light cycle? This is for my new 90 gallon setup. Believe me when I say I copied all the light specs, as I didn't remember all of that! :D

I'm running the Outer Orbit fixture myself.3X 250 watt HQIs and 8X 39 watt T-5 actinics.
My actinics are on for 12 hours.10am to 10pm.The HQIs only burn for 4 hours,2pm to 6pm.But I'm slowly working them up by adding 15 minutes a day untill I get em to a full 8 hours.

I run my actinics and daylights for 9 hours a day. I run my fuge lights 24/7.
