LED Lights, good deal?

I have a chance to pick up four sets of led lights to put over my future 180 gallon. It's four 16" fixtures, each has 40 3 watt led's half and half whites and blues. 120 degree optics. He wants $250. Good deal or pass?

Idk about 50%, but sure. I mean, if its a good fixture that's in good shape, then it'd be a really good deal. But if its like a poorly made DIY, then not so much.

Not sure of make and model but I have seen them in person and they aren't cheap junk or diys. Just want to know if it's a deal that I shouldn't pass on.

Hard to say if it's good deal with out knowing what brand & model they are.
