I bought this when I first set the tank up but, I just got it all setup. For some reason it just doesn't seem to be working, the water level is about 1/8-1/4 of an inch below the float sensor and still won't pump.
I set one up a couple of months ago and so far I have had no problems at all with it. Check to make sure the float isn't stuck. Otherwise take it back to the store and get a replacement.
