Is this RTN on my green monti cap?

My new skimmer should be coming this week, hopefully that will help with nutrient export along with more aggressive water changes. Also I had a thought today that my bleached rose BTA which is 3" away could have possibly stung the cap at night or when nobody was watching, despite its poor condition right now. Poor thing is being battered by my maroon clown, as soon as I can catch the clown he's history.

I had an anemone nearly wipe out my SPS not to long ago.So thats a real possablity.
But more likely a combination of the goby,nitrates,and the anemone.
I gotta start reading whole threads again.
