I'd be careful -- the description is obviously translated from a different language and doesn't make much sense, which indicates it's probably a cheapo Chinese fixture or something. Also, the LEDs it uses are 1 watt LEDs and most of the reef lighting fixtures use 3 watt LEDs. I'm also not very impressed with the "reefs" in the pictures they posted to try to prove the light is reef capable -- the one coral I see looks bleached and white? Or is that just me? I can only see one coral. The rest is just rocks.
From What I can see they do custom lights, so the main one shown is probably the cheapest 1w system and as said above, probably not that good. They have a few videos showing the itmes, but not that they have been running long.
I would still go have a look at the maxspect G2 and pay the money. I have one on my 60g and it is fairly awesome. Great colors and good growth.
