I found some leds that would fit in the light housing then made a hole in the top to connect the power. There is also a kit you can buy that removes the power compacts and replaces them with all led, that's the next step. The "moon lights" are worthless.

I agree. I only kept my cube for 3 months and several hundred dollars later. I wanted to go bigger and that cube helped my decision....

Yes i like the lookof the cube and i got this one for 25 bucks at a garage sale and upgrade my bc 8, but the goal is always bigger. I started with a 2.5 hex 20 years ago and now have 6 fully running tanks from a 10 gallon sa bio type to my 125. Coral is fairly new to me. So thanks again for the help!
