Hello from Florida

Hey everyone, my name is Chris.
I have had a freshwater tank for a few years now but now I just started my first saltwater tank. I have had it running for a week now. It's a 36 hex with a canister filter. I know they are not looked well upon for saltwater but that's the only thing I could get to fit. I have about a 2" bed of live sand and 38lbs of LR. My levels are still a bit high so now I'm just waiting for the tank to finish cycling to add some inverts for my cleanup crew.

I'm in greater Orlando....Oviedo specifically and used to go shore diving from the pier in Lauderdale By The Sea....Commerce Street Pier? Maybe?

I havent gone to commercial pier but its on my list heard a lot of great things about it. I havent gone diving in a long time but i plan on becoming a lot more active in regards to diving.
