Nov 15, 2008 #1 bullitt21 Reefing newb what is a good heater for a 125 gal and 75 gal sump?i have 2 400 watt thors.will they be alright?
Nov 15, 2008 #3 yote In Memoriam Dont know that I'd use both those heaters.I'd drop one of em in there and use it. Its safer to use 2 smaller heaters than one thats a tad over rated.

Nov 15, 2008 #6 yote In Memoriam I've got 2-100 watt heaters in my 75 with a 30 gallon sump.Granted,it dont get as cold here, but those keep my tank right at the 79-80 degree mark.
