Growing pains?

My white spotted hermit isn't really very active these days and I'm not sure why. He just sits there around one corner of the tank. I believe he just molted recently. Is this behavior normal after molting?

Most shrimp will also play it cool for a little while after molting.

put in some iodine and calcium, it'll help him harden up that new exoskelton of his :)
