Frogspawn feeding or soon to be death...?

Reefing newb
This afternoon I had been doing my daily water change, after the change I noticed my frogspawn frag had a big bubble appearance in the middle with what appears to be two tiny mouths on its side...

Do frogspawns feed this way or am I looking at a death of this frag? :grumble:

He's fine. If he was dying the tenticles would retract into the skelton. He is feeding, pooping, or stressed from the water. Regardless he does not appear to be dying.

Yep i wouldnt worry at all. looks like everything will be a-ok just keep truckin. what kind of flow is it currently in?

Sometimes when they are about to split or grow new heads, the flesh forms a bubble. I think your frogspawn is growing.

I found out that when i adjusted the powerhead it went back to normal. I'm not sure how it would look if it was growing, do new branches start to grow? Cause I do see some markings on the side that look like tiny branches!

The tentacles(?) have definitely gotten longer since i've gotten it.

Sometimes they split, sometimes they sprout new ones on the side.

Why do you do water changes every day?

Division! bubble will remain for a week or so until flesh forms on new coralite/polyp-that species is para divisa(branching form) fast grower under
good conditions-I have been farming/aquaculturing that species for 12yrs
