Found this guy on some rock

Mini brittle star. Harmless. Good member of the CUC. Mine never came out unless they were spawning. Just see their legs hanging out of the rock.

Found this little hitch hiker on my rock today. Can anybody tell me what it is and if I should get rid of it while I can still see it.
