How close are the speakers from the tank? I know I have delimmas about setting up a tank in my main floor, cuz my kids jump and stomp around so much, I'd worry about the vibration stressing the fish too much. But who knows. The tank's pumps certainly make enough noise as it is LOL

On a more serious note... we have band practice here, right below the tank. It gets some pretty serious vibration at times, but no one seems to mind.
