Is it any riskier or a bad idea to add new corals during a blackout? Like if your tank is gunna be lights of for a week is it okish even to add a new coral... Specificly acro and galaxea... Obviously you have to reacclimate the tank to the lights regardless....

+1 Chris. I would not add new corals under a blackout situation. The new tank is hard enough for them to get used to and not having any light to deal with will make it worse.

the only reason i wouldnt just wait is because there is a piece of red planet acro for 50 dollars on sale and the owest pricce ive seen until then is 70... the offer ends the second of october :( and with the galaxea its about a 5x5 inch rock for 25 dollars...
also expires the 2nd...
ive never seen those prices on those specific corals ever so i was considering risking it.. if any risk ill stop the black out early, all the algae seems to be gone now im just keeping it black to be cautious

So the blackout is due to algae issues.

Why would you want to add more life to the tank if you're already having issues keeping things balanced?

Fix your algae - nutrient - problem FIRST. Then work on keeping it stable for a month or two before adding any more corals.
