I am buying a new tank that has mh lighting, do I need to purchase a chiller? If yes what size do I need for a 92 gallon corner tank?

90% of people can just use a clip on desk fan, evaporative cooling does wonders for keeping your tank at the right temp. I would try that before you invest the money in a chiller.

+1...i don't think you'll need a chiller.

Plus, unless your chiller is either vented or located in another room, it actually works against itself. It takes the heat out of the tank, puts it in the room, the room then warms up making the chiller less effective.

I know very few people that need chillers, and I'm in Arizona. I doubt you will need one.

There are several factors in play here. How old is your home? Is it insulated? Do you have A/C that you run during summer months?
My tank can not live without a chiller, it just can't. My house heats up really bad in summer, and the swamp cooler just does not cut it.
If your house says cool during the hotter months, then a fan should work fine. If you live in an older home, with no A/C and the house is hotter than the outside temp, you need a chiller.
