Cant seem to get the nitrites to stay down

I have been cycling now for a little over 7 weeks. My ammonia has been at zero for over a week, and my Nitrites will not come down. Even my Nitrate has fallen.

Also my Ph has dropped from the high 8's to 7.5.


Anyone have any idea whats going on?
